Are animals and foodstuffs potential carriers of coronavirus?

According to the official statement of the World Animal Organization (OIE), there is no evidence that the disease is transmitted between animals. Animals are likely to be the source of the virus, but official tests have not shown that the source of the infection could still be farmed or domestic animals. The virus can only be transmitted from person to person.

This hypothesis has not been confirmed for food either. For do not worry about foods that come from infested areas. Even so, take care of hygiene and do not forget to wash fruits or vegetables properly before eating. This will prevent other diseases.

Take care of your health during walks and after each trip out even for a small walk with your dog – wash  your hands properly and do not be afraid to use antibacterial gels.
